The following handbook was compiled as a requirement of the course Educational Psychology 490NET. The "author" is a graduate student enrolled in the Curriculum, Technology and Education Reform program of the Department of Education, University of Illinois, Champaign, Illinois. The intended audience are the teachers and staff of the Springfield Ball Charter School where Ms. Trieger is currently employed. All statistical information is specific to the network currently in place at this location. Other information included within will also be considered from the point of view of a users from the Ball School. Admittedly, the author's expertise lies somewhere in the gray area between complete novice and technical expert. Thus, material presented will be limited by Ms. Trieger's level of mastery. Hopefully, this handbook can benefit a wide range of users and will evolve into a worthwhile reference tool. Although most of the content
contained within was specified by course requirement, the material has
