I think that the changes in special education will be tremendous in the year 2020. There are a lot of places all over the world that are not yet aware of the reform movement of special education, and are still primitive in their way of thinking and treating Persons with Special needs. In some countries people still believe that a person with a disability has no right to be educated or even be part of the community. technology will play a big role in changing the views of those who believe that. I think that the email and the internet will be accessible to each and every one all over the world, therefore people are certainly going to learn of what other countries are doing to change peoples attitudes towards persons with disabilities and try to implement there ideas and ways of thinking. I vision that persons with disabilities all over the world in the year 2020 will have the right to be included in the community and everything else that goes with being part of a community.
