I would really like to explore more of this CD-ROM!!  Just by reading the description of the page, it excited me.  Furthermore,  more I looked at the content of the CD-ROM by looking at some example problems through the demo, more I was attracted to this program.  It seems kind of complicated to use in the beginning, but I think it will definitely be worth it to get to know more about this program.  The reason I am excited and attracted to this program is because this CD-ROM can provide students the problems that are related to the real life situations.  In addition, the problems will require combined math skills, not exclusively for one only.  Through this CD, I can vision my students get excited about solving some math problems and see some connections between math and real life.  This CD is not particularly helpful for my project, but I could get some ideas and really made me think about the value of my project.
This program might take a while for people to get used to use it, because the outlook of the page is a little bit complicated.  There are too much information and they tried to make it too much fun, so there are too many pictures that are not necessary.  They make my eyes get even more tired.  Sometimes I can see that students might get turned off by the complicated looks on the page.  However, I am interested in getting to know more about this CD, because I think that this can be a useful program to get students interested in doing some math.  It does not present any extraordinary problems, but it does make it seem more interesting than teachers' demonstrating in front of the class and lecturing.  It is a very helpful source for students to go to and just get some practice.  In addition, it gives the step by step solution, so it could be a good tutor, too!  I guess it is also a good test generator which would be very helpful for teachers.  This program would not exactly fit my philosophy on teaching mathematics.  However,  in terms of giving exercises to students through this program would be an excellent idea!
This web site is so exciting!!  This is exactly what I wanted to make for my students.  In fact, now that I found something like this, I don't know if I really want to go on with my project.  I can just tell my students to go to this web site and get some practice!  I am jealous that somebody already had come up with this kind of idea and made a web page on it.  I especially like this web site, since it is easy to follow instructions and the simple screen design is easy on eyes.  There is really nothing I can say about it!  It's perfect!!
The reason I particularly chose this web site for this assignment is because I really liked the web links that they had within the web site itself.  It's not only for the elementary school students, but there are links for middle school as well as for high schools.  Two things I really liked about this web site is that it gives a direct link to Ask Dr. Math as well as to Problem of the Week.  I personally like Problem of the week is because it is not a typical math problems, but more related to real life situations, etc.  I like Ask Dr. Math because it gives chances to students to ask questions about math and teachers can use it, as well.
Again, this web site has nothing to do with my project, but it intrigues my mind about my project.
This web site is too good to be true.  Again, this web site has nothing to do with my project, but I chose this one because it has  good content that I might want to use to visit with my students.  It has "Games and puzzles" that regards to mathematics, and it has "Mathematics as Language" which kind of elaborates on history of some of the math concepts as one of the many cool links.   I believe this math link can be a very good source for teachers to give projects and all for the class, because the information that this site contains is useful and it contains variety of  information.  It seems that they also have CD-ROMs for this information.
