It was really quite hard to challenge such a comprehensive taxonomy.
However, I have come across somethng interesting. This is a resource for
both English language learners and teachers. The funny thing about it is
that it combines all the categories:

Communication: It allows the learner to communicate with others regarding
language teaching and learning.

Expression: There is room for students to express themselves.

Construction: Students construct discussions.

Inquiry: This constitutes a big part of the program. All students questions
and enquiries are dealt with here.
It is interactive. The student is actively involved in most of the activities.
It is an excellent resource for learners as well as teachers!
