Newsgroups and listserves
Perform a search for listserv and usenet groups that may be related to your topic. Be sure that you check out the group's FAQ and do some research before posting a question. In posting a question to a group it is usually a good idea to demonstrate that you have done some research on your own
Books:
There are a lot of useful books on Internet topics. Be sure to request these books early because they are hard to get through interlibrary loan. One book that might be useful is Computerization and Controversy: Value Conflicts and Social Choices.
