1. Meeting the purposes of the authorizing statute
Following objectives will ensure participants' better understand of the
complexity of the global economy, enhancement of their leadership qualities,
and acquiring of critical leadership skills, and further the purposes of
program through activities for the development of international business
plans.

It is worth beginning to explore whether the cross cultural training
program as a text medium on Internet can be developed into an optimal environment.
The current state of the WWW in all kinds of programs or in the classroom
is not the final solution to old teaching problems, but it is the first
step towards a style of teaching and thinking that incorporates untapped
parts of the spectrum of out capacities.
