Module Four: Making It Happen
How persuasive a leader is and how well a leader can motivate other
people are important leadership qualities needed to get things done or
make things happen. This module will focus on the development of such qualities.
Moreover, the integration of other leadership qualities and skills will
be covered throughout the program, through students' presentation of the
final international business plans to the business circle and the local
community.
OBJECTIVES:
- Revise and complete the final international business plans
- Give presentations of international Business Plans to relevant local
and regional business firms and interested citizens
- Make recommendations to relevant firms, organizations, and agencies
for implementations of international business plans
- Make recommendations to the University to institutionalize the program
- Disseminate the program model to other institutions

groups
- Program wrap-up: (1) Final presentation of the best five business plans
to local and UIUC community and the invited representatives of government
agencies; (2) Key-note speaker on the importance of leadership development
in the global context.
