It is always best to solve problems on your own if you can, but if you can't your peers can help you. Peer mediation is when one of your peers helps you to figure out the best solutions for everyone. Each person explains his/her point of view while the peer mediator listens. The mediator's job is to help BOTH of you come to a reasonable conclusion.
