        Traditionally universities had a major task, it was teaching .The public opinion about colleges and universities duty is still teaching and presenting degree. People believe that universities are some places, to transfer knowledge and information. Transferring knowledge to new generation was the main purpose of the higher education in the country.
        IN the recent decade knowledge and information are not only in the universities. New technology particularly WWW and Internet are the main sources of information. WWW and Internet are presenting new and up to date information in different attractive shapes and interesting ways. Today without travelling and going out of home is possible to access to knowledge by applying personnel computers.according to new technology universities have to change their duties from teaching to inquiry and researchs, inother word producing new information and new thoughts. In the next tow decades, all universities would be a place for bright and elite individuals to research and produce new concepts, rules and procedures. Internet, World Wide Web and other mass media would be as a tool to present universities productions. During next twenty years, colleges would be a place for skill training. High school graduates are going to learn skills in order to have the best job opportunity, and employees are going to have in service training to improve their job position. In this reform universities and colleges should accept the reality and plan gradually to change in the next coming years.
