EVALUATION

Several forms of evaluation will be utilized to determine the progress and success of activities proposed under this grant. Blessed Sacrament stakeholders, including administration, teachers, parents, and students will share responsibility for evaluating the program. Evaluation will consist of two phases: formative evaluation and summative evaluation. Each of these phases will house a variety of assessment activities in order to achieve a more thorough examination of all facets of the program.
