• An introductory paragraph with a focused main thesis statement at the end of it.

• At least two (2) body paragraphs. Each body paragraph must have a clear topic sentence and at least five supporting sentences with supporting details. (Don't forget to use transitions, which we studied in Lesson #2.) You do not have to include concluding sentences if you do not want to.

• A short concluding paragraph.

You can choose any topic that interests you. However, try to avoid the use of first- and second-person pronouns ("I," "me," "you").
