Write a short paragraph on a topic of your choice, using at least six of the eight transitions (connectors) in the box below. Be sure to write a topic sentence that helps the reader anticipate the organization of your paragraph, and try to maintain paragraph unity. You do not have to write a concluding sentence if you do not want to.
After writing the paragraph, send it to me by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org by Wednesday, March 29, 2000.
