About Repetitive Strain Injury
(RSI)


RSI is a physical problem that occurs in some part of the body if a person repeats the same motion for long periods of time.   Musicians, writers, and computer users all can suffer RSI in the hands because they use their hands in the same way over and over without must rest.   It can be painful!   Another name for RSI in such cases is "carpal tunnel" or "carpal tunnel syndrome."   RSI is no joke!   However, with knowledge, you can prevent getting RSI when using a computer for writing or research.   For more information on this subject you can read the following:
