• 1997 Spring semester: A student teacher at Marshall Elementary School, and Talawanda Middle School- Ohio.
• 1996- Fall semester: Instructed the art course # 111 "visuals fundamentals". Miami University - Ohio.
• 1996 - Spring semester : Instructed the art course # 155- Art (Beginning Drawing) Miami University - Ohio.
• 1995 - 1996 Assisted in Miami University's art and architecture slide library.
• 1994-1995 Editor and art director of (Al Ra'y Alakher) monthly (Arabic newspaper) Fort worth Texas.

Commissioned Works of Art:

• Designed and executed Province of Kordufan's wing at The International Fair of Khartoum 1976. That wing won a jury recognition.
• Executed 8 big murals, each (10m x 4m) rendering scenes of Omani wild life for the 20th National day of Sultanate of Oman 1990.
• Painted a mural (30X12 ft.ý) on Marshall school’s gymnasium. Talawanda School District, Ohio 1997.
• Designed and executed various theatrical sets and back drops during high schools' drama and concert contests in Sudan, and in Sultanate of Oman.
• Freelance cartoonist- Alayam newspaper - Sudan 1986 -1987.
• Freelance cartoonist - Alittihad newspaper - Sudan 1987 - 1988.
• Freelance illustrator - Alfaris child magazine - Sudan 1987- 1988.
• Numerous art works are collected by individuals in Sudan, Oman, and US.

Publications:

• Fifty Sudanese songs written in classical Arabic- compiled and introduced by Elnour Hamad. Lonestar Overseas Publishing Inc.Fort Worth .Texas 1995.
• Several articles and poems published in the Sudanese newspapers during the seventies and the eighties.
• Several columns, interviews, and articles in Al Ra'y Alakher Arabic newspaper of Texas. 1994 - 1995.
• An interview with the American illustrator Chris Payne. Alhayat Arabic newspaper - London 4/22/1996.
• Review and commentary on Neil Postman’s book "The end of Education". Alhayat Arabic newspaper, London 11-23-1997

General technical skills:

• An average knowledge in IBM compatible computers (Windows: Word- processing, Netscape, simple desktop publishing, simple graphics, and simple multimedia applications). ·
• Use of SLR 35mm. cameras for photography. ·
• Using of video cameras for educational purposes, and conducting simple video editing and sound mixing. ·
• Shooting , duplicating , mounting , labeling, of slides.

Languages:

Arabic and English. ( proficient in speaking, reading, and writing).

Leisure activities:

• Playing lute - (a Middle Eastern musical instrument.)
• Listening to music (Western- African- Eastern). ·
• Arabic calligraphy. · Reading Arabic literature.
