To use the online tool you must fill all of the fields that are essential for your case then hit submit. Currently, you must hit submit on each data form. This will not affect the outcome of a FBA with less then three behaviors.
Note: In order to run the databases the identification form must be filled out (don't ask why, it's a long story). All information on completed on this site is confidential and is only looked at by the computer databases.
Intervention Forms
The final product is your behavior intervention plan. The database does not complete your intervention plan for you. It does align and display the fields that are necessary to produce a plan. In order to create a good plan, consult the data that are displayed in all the fields before completing the intervention fields. The final submit button will produce a finalized copy of your behavior intervention plan (coming Spring of 2000). This may be printed or save on your computer. Our server will purge all data within a day of collection.
