Central Point, Oregon’s population is approximately 13,960 people. There are a total of 300 businesses. They have 5 banks and 2 hospitals. They have 3 elementary schools, 1 middle school and a high school. I found my information at http://www.ci.central-point.or.us. Central Point is about ½ the size of Bartlett. I couldn’t find information about housing or household income on their website so it was hard to compare some things.
My hypothesis is I think the items would cost 2/3 more in Central Point than Bartlett. I think houses would cost more in Bartlett because I think Bartlett would have better access to better materials and because they are bigger.
