Medford, Oregon
Written by Madeline with help from Mom
Mom and I went to the website for the city of Medford, Oregon at http://www.ci.medford.or.us/Page.asp?NavID=79. We found out that there are 63,154 people in Medford, and that is a lot bigger than Neoga! Medford has 14 elementary schools, 2 middle schools and 2 high schools. There are 2 hospitals and an airport. Medford was incorporated in 1885 and has about the same latitude as Chicago. The median household income is $38,000, and that is almost the same as Neoga’s at $35,073. The median home costs $71,509 and the median rent is $431. These prices are close to the same as Neoga, too. Here are some pictures of Medford today and a map of Oregon showing where Medford is.

The orange star in the southern part of the state is Medford.

I think that the prices in Medford, OR will be higher than Neoga’s because it has lots more people.
