CTER is a master's degree program that is offered by the College of Education at the University of Illinois Champaign. The letters stand for Curriculum, Technology, and Education Reform (CTER). It is online master degree setup for practicing teachers and administrators who want to learn more about the different uses of technology in education. It main focus is on Technology as well as ways to assess both curriculum and students learning with technology. The program offers students many opportunities to learn different aspects of technology. After completion of the program, students usually hold exceptional skills and understanding of how technology functions in the everyday world of education.
