TRAVELER: 1  Excuse me, I need help finding my luggage.
    Con permiso necesito ayuda encuentrando mi equipaje?
EMPLOYEE: 2  Yes, of course, what was your flight number?
    Si cómo no. ¿Qué es el numero de tu vuelo?
TRAVELER: 3  Flight number 303 from New York.
    El número del vuelo es trecientos y tres de Nueva York.
EMPLOYEE: 4  Okay, the baggage claim for that flight is down the hall and to your right.
    Bueno, para reclamar su equipaje camina por el corredor y a la derecha.
TRAVELER: 5  Thank You.
    Gracias.
EMPLOYEE: 6  You're Welcome.
    De nada.
PAUSE AUDIO

After the traveler retreived her luggage, she decided to exchange some money for the cab ride to the hotel. She proceeds to the counter marked "Casa de Cambio" (Money Exchange).

TRAVELER: 7  Good afternoon, I need to exchange some American dollars for pesos.
    Buenos tardes, necesito cambiar dolares Americanos a pesos.
EMPLOYEE: 8  How much would you like to exhange?
    ¿Cuánto quieres cambiar?
TRAVELER: 9  $100 please
    Cien dolares, por favor.
EMPLOYEE: 10  Okay, that figures out to be 100 pesos.
     Bueno, eso cambia a mil pesos.
TRAVELER: 11  Thank you, by the way do you know where I can catch a taxi?
     Gracias. ¿Sabes dónde puedo consegir un taxi?
EMPLOYEE:12  Sure, outside in front of the terminal is a line of taxis and buses who will take you where you need to go.
     Si como no, afuera del aeropuerto hay una area de taxi y camiones que pueden llevar te donde quieres ir.
VIAJERO:13  Thank You.
     Gracias.
PAUSE AUDIO

Now that she has the correct currency, it's time to catch a cab. As she walks to the designated area the taxi driver approaches her.

EMPLOYEE:14  Where to?
     ¿A Dónde?
TRAVELER:15  Can you take me to the Mirabele hotel?
     ¿Me puedes llevar al hotel Mirabele?
EMPLOYEE:16  Sure.
     Si como no.
TRAVELER:17  How much will it cost?
     ¿Cuánto va cuestar?
EMPLOYEE:18  70 pesos, please.
     Setenta pesos, por favor.
TRAVELER:19  Good.
     Bueno.
PAUSE AUDIO

While in the cab she decided to ask the driver to recommend a good restaurant and beach.

TRAVELER:20  My Spanish isn't that good, but I have some questions I'd like to ask you.
     Mi Español no es muy beuno, pero tengo algunas preguntas que te quiero ser.
EMPLOYEE:21  At your service, what is it you want to ask?
     Ha sus ordenes. ¿Que es lo que me quieres preguntar?
TRAVELER:22  Can you recommend a good authentic Mexican restaurant?
     ¿Me puede recomendar un restaurant de comida Mexicana típica?
EMPLOYEE:23  Sure, La Pinata is good. It's located on 4th and Columbus.
     Si como no, La Pinata es bueno. Eso queda en la calle Quatro y Columbo.
TRAVELER:24  Thank you. One more question--what's the best beach to go to for relaxing?
     Gracias. Otra cosa--¿que es lo mejor playa para relajar?
EMPLOYEE:25  Mission Beach is very relaxing and close.
     La playa Mision es muy tranquilo y cercas.
EMPLOYEE:26  Okay, here's your hotel. I'll help you with your bags.
     Bueno, aquí está tu hotel. Yo te ayudo con su equipaje.
TRAVELER:27  Thank you and here's your money.
     Bueno, aquí está su dinero.
EMPLOYEE:28  Thank You.
     Gracias.
TRAVELER:29 Thank you for your help.
