Background Color - To change the background color, follow the steps below
 

  1. Click on Document Options, it is the 7th button over from the left on the top row of buttons
  2. The background choices are on the right
  3. Pick a color
  4. Click o.k.

Font - To change the text, follow the steps below
 

  1. First highlight the text you would like to change
  2. You can now use either the Style Menu on the top of the screen or use the buttons
  3. With these options you can change the size, change the style, change the font color, or change the alignment
  4. If you want a bulleted list, after highlighted the appropriate text, click on the button showing three bullets

Graphics - To insert a graphic, follow the steps below
 

  1. Put the cursor in the spot on your document where you want to insert the graphic
  2. Click on the Insert Image button, it is the one with polygons on it
  3. Locate your disk/folder, it should be on the desktop (This should be where all your graphics have been saved)
  4. Click insert
  5. If you want to change the size, click on the graphic and move the small squares on the box that appears

Links - To make a link, follow the steps below
 

  1. First have your link's address written down or saved on the clipboard
  2. Highlight the text that you want to have a link
  3. Click on the Link button, it is the 4th button over from the left on the top row of buttons
  4. In the dialog box that appears, type in the complete address or paste the address if you have it saved on the clipboard
  5. Click o.k.

New Page - When you are ready to start a new page, follow the steps below
 

  1. Click on the new page button, it is the first button in the top row
