I was Technology Coordinator for the School of Education, which involves faculty and staff training and developing a Technology Plan for NCATE approval.
I have been married to James Burke, an Information Systems Specialist, for 28 years. I have two daughters, Janelle and Larisa, in high school.  I enjoy traveling, reading, and walks in the woods with our new puppy Chai.  I live in St. Charles, IL, two blocks from the Fox river.

My travels

I have recently returned from a two week trip to London and Edinburgh.  I have been to Nova Scotia and Alaska, but my favorite area of the country is the desert Southwest. I collect original woven art.
