HOW TO MAKE A SPINACH PIE
The objective of this presentation
is to lead you step by step through the preparation and cooking of a spinach
pie. You will also learn the basic procedure for the cooking of any pie.
BUT BEFORE WE START...

Remember to choose healthy and quality
products
-
Bear in mind that content is
as important as presentation

Make sure you've got all your ingredients

Follow your list of instructions closely

Be creative and have fun!
LIST OF INGREDIENTS:
-
frozen pie crust
-
10 oz frozen and chopped spinach
-
4 eggs
-
4 tbs. grated cheese
-
6 slices of soft cheese
-
salt and pepper
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Cover a baking pan with the crust and prick all over its
surface with a fork to avoid puffing.

Bake the crust alone for 5 minutes. This is the secret for
the crust to remain crispy.

Select nice, fresh and tender spinach. Boil and chop it,
or use already packed frozen spinach.

Spinach is a rich source of vitamin A, vitamin C and an excellent
vegetarian source of protein.

Separate the chopped spinach a little bit .

Beat the eggs and add them to the spinach in a mixing bowl.
Season with salt and pepper and mix well. The eggs serve as the unifying
element of any filling.

Add four tablespoons of grated cheese and mix well. It's
always better to use parmesan cheese grated thick. This adds to the consistency
of the filling.

Pour the filling into the already pre-baked crust and cook
for 15 minutes.

Remove the pie from the oven and decorate it with 6 slices
of soft cheese, dividing the pie into equal portions.

Bake the pie for other 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
And... serve!
