Mythology Project Rubric

Assessment of Mythology Webquest

Students are given a copy of the rubric at the beginning of the webquest so that they are aware of the criteria before they begin. The third column in the rubric below, "Right on Target" shows what is expected of each student -- the standard. If the student fails to meet the standard, he/she may score 5 or 10 points. If the student goes above and beyond the standard, he/she an earn 20 points in each category. A percentage is figured by adding the points earned for each question. The same rubric will be used for each question.

Question Response: May have incorrect information; needs to consult group or do more research. Has some of the answer correct or does not go into any depth in explaining response. Has the correct answer and does some explanation or the response. Has the correct answer and thoroughly explains it. May go beyond requirement and do extra work (research more than is asked for).
