What will I change?
The first change I will make is to post the announcement during the school year and at least 4 weeks in advance of the date of the project. I will send the announcement to at least 3 different places. After looking at participant data, I realized that there were some problems with what I had requested. When I do this again, I will ask participants to
estimate prices before finding the actual price
check prices of more than one brand and find the average price
compute the cost per unit weight
include name of town where store is located.
include the population of the town where store is located
Appropriate changes will be made on the worksheet that is sent to participants including deleting the statement that says circle one. It is hard to circle something, electronically. In addition, I will include directions on how to send e-mail attachments and printing the worksheet.
