All safety rules that apply to the experiment need to be listed and the specific rule cited.  Disposing of waste can also be a safety issue.  You must list all waste and how to dispose of it properly.

Questions to ask yourself about safety and waste disposal (check all that your work meets):

Did you identify all safety hazards and list the corresponding rules?

Did you list any safety clothing that should be worn during the experiment?

Did you identify all of the waste products that will be left over after the experiment is done and specifically state how to dispose of each one?

Are there any safety issues with supplies or living organisms that you need special permission for use on – did you obtain special permission from the right resource?

If you left any boxes unchecked, you should review your safety and waste disposal section of your write-up and revise if necessary.
