The project is due ________________. All components must be complete at that time. Your project must include the following:

1. Hypothesis: This is your prediction of what the results are going to be. This should be done prior to taking the survey. This needs to be included on your web page and poster. 10 points.

2. Chart/Table: You need to make a chart on the computer that has the results from each group. This needs to be included on your web page and poster. 10 points.

3. Graph: The graph is  for all classes. It should be computer generated. This needs to be included on your poster. 20 points.

4. Percents: You need to take the data and convert it into percents. 15 points. (5 for correct percents, 5 for percents add up to 100, 5 points for accuracy)

5. Conclusion: The conclusion puts your findings in sentence form. Icnlude the percnets you calculated in question 4. This needs to be included on your web page and poster. 10 points.

6. Web page: Your web page must include the following items-
    -Names of all group members. 5 points.
    -Group picture. 5 points.
    -Link to class e-mail. 10 points.
    -Summary of project (including question, hypothesis, data, results)
      30 points.

7. Poster: This is to be displayed in the hallway. The poster is worth 40 points. It should include:
    -Question
    -Chart
    -Hypothesis
    -Graph
    -Summary
    -Conclusion
  Each of the above is 5 points. You will also get up to 10 points for appearance/effort.

8. Daily Logs: These must be filled out each day. This is done individually. 5 points per day. 70 points total.

9. Self Assessment: This form should be completed by each individual student. 20 points.
