• The Low Vision Network: The WWW interface for the Low Vision Research Group which provides Internet resources for those affected by or interested in low vision. Included are the latest research, FAQs, support groups and other resources. • The Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology Society of America: This association of rehabilitation professionals is dedicated to the advancement of rehabilitation and assistive technologies. Especially useful is the link, Accessible Educational Technology, which outlines why schools need to make sure the technology they purchase is accessible to all students. • U of I Information Technology Accessibility Page: A great university and educational resource for accessibility research, particularly in the areas of advanced computing, information services, and the Web. |
