Universities will continue to serve as an institution, which gives credentials to accomplishments. However, due to advanced technology universities will be organized in a way that can accommodate more wide range of population, providing opportunities for students who are unable to meet the scheduling requirements of real-tine classes. Also, students will not need to take their entire course from a single institution to get a certification. On-line courses will enable students to take any courses around the world, therefore, students will be taking courses which mostly fit their needs regardless regional factor. Universities will not be a single resource of credentialing. There will be other resources such as commercial software and programs created by companies and organizations specifically targeted at their potential employees.
