When experiencing computer problems at Northwest, please notify Tammy Barcalow, the building network administrator.  Also please post the date, your room number and a description of the problem on the clipboard in the office (see chart below).  If the problem cannot be solved, then Carol Gleason, the district coordinator will be asked to contact Bloomington Computers to schedule a visit.  When the technician checks into the building, he will pick up the clipboard in the office.  As problems are solved, they will be explained, initialed, and dated.
