I received my bachelor's degree from Eastern Illinois University in May of 1995.  I have taken various courses in computer technology through the University of Illinois in Springfield.  I have also participated in many workshops which include Curriculum Development and Instruction, Skills Bank, Literary, Accelerated Reader, Media Retrieval, E-mail 1 and 2, Database, Spreadsheet, ClarisWorks, Hyper Studio, and Internet Education.  I am currently a graduate student at the University of Illinois in Champaign pursuing a degree in Curriculum, Technology, and Education Reform.  This is an innovative program which focuses on advance instruction in computer skills.
